Please read this privacy policy carefully before you use of all web site, including Accufire software applications and services provided by supplier. By using Supplier’s Services, you consent to this Privacy Policy and to the collection, storage, use, disclosure, sharing and transmission of your information by Supplier pursuant to this Privacy Policy. 

We may amend this Privacy Policy at any time if certain terms prove to be incomplete or outdated. The modification is reasonable for you and takes into account your interests. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will post the new version on our website effective immediately.

What information do we collect?

When you interact with our services, including products you purchase from any seller who may be connected to our Services, Supplier will collect information about you, including “Personal Information” and “non-personal Information,”

How do we collect your information?

Suppliers collect your personal information in a variety of ways through supplier services.

  1. When you register for Vendor Services: You voluntarily provide us with personal information when you create an account to use Vendor services. In addition, when you install and activate the product, you will be required to provide certain basic information through our vendor services, such as your product name, product verification code and serial number, which is unique to products connected to the Vendor services and is associated with your account (if applicable).
  2. When you save Video Content on Vendor Services: When you save content through Vendor services, such as video clips, live video streams, and images (” Your Content “)
  3. When you contact us for support: When you respond to our email, contact our customer service, or use other customer support tools, we collect your information to provide you with support, verify your identity using your account profile information, and confirm your products.
  4. When you use Vendor services to help us understand how you use the Services and improve vendor services and support: When you access our vendor services, we generally collect non-personal information of industry-standard to provide you with a more relevant experience, prevent abuse, and ensure the proper functioning of our vendor services. We may also record the adjustments you make to our products through vendor services. We store this information along with data collected from your product. If you have questions about your mobile device’s security and privacy Settings, refer to the instructions from your mobile service provider or device manufacturer for instructions on how to adjust your Settings. We also use cookies, web beacons, pixel tags and other technologies to keep records, store your preferences, improve our advertising and collect certain non-personal information, such as log data and device data.   5. When your streaming transfer your content to a vendor service: When you preview a video using a vendor service, we only transfer it, don’t store it. When you use a vendor service to receive a picture or video as a reminder message, we process the information from your product so that we can send you a reminder if something happens. However, we will only store this information for 7 days to enable this feature. When you store the video clip on your own device’s SD card, hard drive, etc., you may use our Play function to watch the video, in which case we will only transmit your information, not store your information.

Access and correct your personal information

Please keeping your personal information updated for the most relevant offers. You can access and update your personal information through your account profile. While we are prepared to assist you in managing your subscriptions, deactivating your account, and deleting your active profile and data, we cannot always delete records of past interactions and transactions. In addition, because of the way we maintain certain services, after you delete certain information, we may temporarily retain a backup copy of such information before permanently deleting it.

As long as your account is active or required, we retain your personal information to provide you with services and to retain your transaction records for financial reporting purposes. Children’s privacy

Supplier does not intend for children under 18 years of age or equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction to access or use any part of its Supplier’s services, Such use is not prohibited. If we actually learn that an account is associated with a registered user who is under 18 years of age or the equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction, we will immediately remove the information associated with that account. If you are a parent or guardian of a child under 18 years of age or equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction and believe that he or she has disclosed personal information to us, please contact our relevant vendor support information by phone or email for your country. A parent or guardian of a child under the age of 18 or the equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction may review and request the removal of such child’s personal information and prohibit the use of such information.

Global business

Wherever you use our services, we transmit and process your information globally, both in our own facilities and with service providers or partners.
